Here are a few things you might be wondering about that we can clarify here:

Shipping - Most orders (unless something is backordered) will ship within 3-5 days. We try hard to ship faster than that but there are many factors that might slow us up. 

Once your product is shipped, by UPS or USPS, it's in their hands but your tracking info will be emailed to you so you can keep tabs on things. 

Stem & Leaf Products - S & L products are handmade in small batches. If we are experiencing a lot of orders for a particular product, or we are waiting on a particular ingredient, your order might be delayed. Have no fear, however, we will keep you updated on what is going on. And, if we think we're going to be more than 5 days to shipping, we will definitely let you know. We'll always do our best to make sure we get things out on time but herb suppliers can be pretty slow. We say this with love and gratitude for our herb suppliers. But, seriously.
